Pelican Valley Senior Living is proud to be the number one provider of senior care, housing, and care services in the Pelican Rapids area. We are a full continuum of care campus and will be there for you as your needs change. We provide senior living services including memory care, assisted living, and skilled nursing.

In 1951 the Pelican Valley Health Center Hospital was built. In 1963, it expanded to include a 20-bed nursing home. Throughout the years, Pelican Valley Senior Living has changed and adapted to meet the needs of the community and the people it serves. While the hospital closed in 1993, Pelican Valley Senior Living’s initial mission and purpose still live on. Today, we provide a host of services to the Otter Tail County region including skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, short and long-term care, respite care, hospice care, and rehabilitation and post-acute care.

Pelican Valley Senior Living provides leased space to a multitude of community providers. We take pride in being an active community partner and providing careers for our more than 130 amazing employees. It’s our goal to provide a safe and secure place to call home for all of our residents.
