To Pelican Valley Care Center: We are located at 211 East Mill Avenue, right off Highway 108 and next to the high rise/Mill Pond View Apartments. If you are coming from the NORTH: Turn left at the second stop light on to Highway 108. Go about two blocks, the nursing home is on your left. From the SOUTH: turn right at the first stoplight on to Highway 108. Go about two blocks, the nursing home is on your left. From the WEST: Turn right at the stoplight on to Highway 59, turn left at the next stoplight on to Highway 108. Go about two blocks, the nursing home is on your left. From the EAST: Go about 5 1/2 blocks after you pass the city of Pelican Rapids sign. The care center will be on your right.

To Riverfront Manor: We are located at 215 East Mill Avenue and are attached to Pelican Valley Care Center. Use the above directions to get to Pelican Valley Care Center. To get to Riverfront Manor, turn in to the Sanford Clinic parking lot and go down the little hill. You will see Pelican Valley Care Center and Riverfront Manor. There are two awnings, a maroon one that goes to the nursing home and a white entry way with Riverfront Manor written on it. Enter through the Riverfront Manor awning.

To Riverfront on Main: We are located on 119 North Broadway, which is also Highway 59. We are across the street from the liquor store and are a brick building right on the corner of Broadway and 2nd Avenue NE. Our entrance is just around the corner on 2nd Avenue NE. You will see a teal awning, go in that door. We are a 24 hour secure access building so if you do not have a key fob, you will have to be buzzed in by our staff. Directions on getting buzzed in are by the door.
